Test instructions
- Restore default settings for VoiceOver for macOS. For help, read Configuring Screen Readers for Testing.
- Activate the "Open test page" button below, which opens the example to test in a new window and runs a script that sets focus on the 'Top' link.
- Toggle Quick Nav OFF by pressing the Left Arrow and Right Arrow keys at the same time.
- With focus on the 'Top' link, navigate to the 'Navigate forwards from here' link.
- Using the following commands, With focus on the 'Top' link, navigate to the 'Navigate forwards from here' link.
- Ctrl+Option+Left, then Ctrl+Option+Left
- Shift+Control+Option+Command+L
Success Criteria
To pass this test, VoiceOver for macOS needs to meet all the following assertions when each specified command is executed:
- complementary landmark boundary is conveyed
- Name 'Landmarks' is conveyed
- Role 'link' is conveyed
- Name 'Navigate forwards from here' is conveyed
