Describe how VoiceOver for macOS behaves when performing task "With focus on the 'Action 1' menu item, type a character to navigate to a different menu item."

Test instructions

  1. Restore default settings for VoiceOver for macOS. For help, read Configuring Screen Readers for Testing.
  2. Activate the "Open test page" button below, which opens the example to test in a new window and runs a script that opens the menu, and sets focus on 'Action 1'.
  3. Toggle Quick Nav OFF by pressing the Left Arrow and Right Arrow keys at the same time.
  4. With focus on the 'Action 1' menu item, type a character to navigate to a different menu item.
