Describe how VoiceOver for macOS behaves when performing task " Navigate to 'Monospace' menu item radio"
Test instructions
- Restore default settings for VoiceOver for macOS. For help, read Configuring Screen Readers for Testing.
- Activate the "Open test page" button below, which opens the example to test in a new window and runs a script that sets focus on the 'Font' menu item.
- Toggle Quick Nav OFF by pressing the Left Arrow and Right Arrow keys at the same time.
- Open "Font" menu with down arrow.
- Navigate to 'Monospace' menu item radio
- Using the following commands, Navigate to 'Monospace' menu item radio
- Up Arrow / Down Arrow
- Control+Option+Right / Ctrl+Option+Left
Success Criteria
To pass this test, VoiceOver for macOS needs to meet all the following assertions when each specified command is executed:
- The name 'Monospace' is conveyed
- The role 'menu item radio' is conveyed
- The unchecked state is conveyed
- The position of the item and number of items in the menu are conveyed
